[Building Sakai] Problem building trunk

Hi Jim,
Unfortunately, I haven't had any luck yet with current trunk.  I was able to get a successful build and startup by removing common from the build and reverting profile to r59721.

 Common was recently added to the trunk build and that seems to be the root of the problem.
