[Building Sakai] Nexus as a maven proxy

Thanks Guys

Glad to know I'm not the only one playing in this space. The problem I
have is that Nexus seems to expect that your repo contains either
release or snapshot artefacts, and gives not found errors for one or the
other as the Sakai repo contains both - maybe I need to go over my
configuration again!
