[Building Sakai] Server configurations in sakai 2.6

Hi,
    I just noticed that there is new configuration strategy in sakai 
instead of single sakai.properties file mentioned  here

We are in process of our local QA here at Rice and hope to see this 
document a bit more tutorial oriented so we can adapt this technique.
