[sakai-core-team] Updating Help

In a pull request Nick updated the Help and Images as the text in the
interface has been updated and wouldn't match any more.

What the best practice for things like this, is it better to just change
the interface and someone will do a bulk update of the help, or should
ideally pull requests also be updating the help as they go?
