[sakai-core-team] Thursday Morning Meetings

We discussed on the Sakai core team meeting.

No matter where we move the meeting, it seems to cause other attendance
conflicts. So what we are thinking is that we will schedule an additional
once a month meeting that would hopefully enable folks to attend who want
to, but normally cannot make it.

So, we are keeping our regular Thursday at 10 am Eastern meeting
AND adding a once a month meeting at a different time.

I have an action to explore this and come up with when that once-a-month
special time would be. Many (not all understandably) would be open to
meeting also at an odd hour, like 8 pm Eastern, to open up the possibility
for folks like Steve Swinsburg, or our colleagues in China and Japan.

I was thinking, for the next several months, maybe finding a time that is
most likely to attract the most active contributors to Morpheus would make
sense.
