[sakai-core-team] Contrib tools in github

I see a few people missing authors, might be nice to tidy them up?
I've updated Steve's page with 3 more people.

Are the old branches no longer used and not worth having in git?

Attached is a script that you can run to re-write the authors that
currently don't have good names.
I've run it with in a local check of evals and pushed the results to
my fork (https://github.com/buckett/evaluation).

./update --all

If you don't specify --all it only re-writes the current branch and
doesn't do the tags.
