[sakai-core-team] Fwd: [WG: Sakai QA] Test fest 10.4 rc01- create checklist pages

Hi Sakai core team,

I was not seeing a response to this question. I cannot find a property to
turn on Submission Notification for Assignments. Does anybody happen to
know what it is?  If there is such a property, I'm happy to add it to
documentation (default.sakai.properties).

mmhh..., I guess it is more simple than that:  no option appears when user
is creating or editing the assingment, see the attachments please.
the property assignment.instructor.notifications it on false mode, probably.
