[sakai-core-team] Documentation - Tomcat 7

I've removed  - "If you're running the tag of Sakai 2.9.1 or earlier you 
need to be running Tomcat 7.0.21 or earlier. If you go any higher Webdav 
and Sitestats will have errors and not work."


I'm afraid if I try and simplify so close to the release, I could easily 
make editing areas and miss the configuration issues which are 
important. I can give it a shot after the release or if you want to make 
the simplifications yourself, please feel free.
