[sakai-core-team] Ready for 10.0-RC02?

Hi Sakai Core team,

I only see one blocker which needs verification and then merging into 
the Sakai 10 branch [1].  Then would we be ready for an RC02?

For RC02, I think the QA testing needs to be a final check on tools to 
make sure nothing obvious is missing or broken. Then for releasing 
(general availability / community release) there should not be that many 
more activities to complete.

What do you think?
