[sakai-core-team] Subversion -> Github Migration

I think that this is a good idea as part of any Sakai bootcamp.   By then as Matt says - it will be second nature.

It probably does not warrant its own workshop.   But it might be cool to have a talk about the cool transition from SVN to GIT.
