[sakai-core-team] Subversion -> Github Migration

I've pushed a newer cleanup that has the .class and .jar files removed
which seems to drop the size the repository down by ~40MB for people
cloning it.

Currently the largest files in the repo seem to be the word docs in
reference and the james.sar file.
Although presumable we could drop all the old help from inside the
tools as that's not needed by the current checkouts.

I'll do the .gitignore/.gitattributes/README.md now and catch up with
everyone tomorrow.
