[sakai-core-team] Roster Regression in 10.1-rc01

To elaborate on the Roster pictures issue. see enclosed screenshot.

If I add a picture in Profiles, as a student, should it show up in the 
Roster ? I enclosed a screenshot of student0181 , for whom I did put in 
a picture in Profiles but it doesn't show in Roster. Screenshot is from 
the 10.0 tag, which is why you see Spanish (you will not, I believe, in 
10.1-RC01).
