[sakai-core-team] SiteStats version mapping

Hi Sakai core,

I am working on "Jira smooshing" [1] . I have mapped previous versions 
of the SiteStats project to Sakai 2.7.0 and later.  When was SiteStats 
added to Sakai?  Is the mapping meaningful before that time?

What we have been doing is using the date of Sakai releases and 
comparing to the date of the version number as recorded in Jira to 
approximate a mapping, in general. So just curious.
