[sakai-core-team] Status of Java security cert for 2.8 and 2.9

Sounds good,

Seems like there's going to need to be a full 2.9.4 including critical
merges, possibly prior to the conference as the final 2.9 release. So this
would make good timing for this as well.

Not sure about 2.8 but would probably need to at least be a new Samigo.
