[Deploying Sakai] java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exce eded

sakai 2.8.2
window server 2003
we are using memory parameter
JAVA_OPTS=-server -Xms1024m -Xmx1024m -XX:PermSize=256m
-XX:MaxPermSize=512m          -XX:NewSize=192m -XX:MaxNewSize=384m
One of our production server stop working , it shows following error.  can
any one suggest  changes in memory parameter.
