[Deploying Sakai] Change skin

! Hello Good day

       In my experience to change the skin in sakai need to follow these
steps:

  1. - Go to the directory

         TOMCAT_HOME / webapps / library / skin
  2. -
        Copy one of the directories that are, for example the default by
another name, such default-new

  3. - In your copy make the changes you think relevant (logos, text, etc.)

  4. - Defines the file

        TOMCAT_HOME / sakai / sakai.properties

  parameters

       skin.default = default-new
       skin.repo = / library / skin
   
       The first defines the skin that you defined as your default, the
second the directory where the default

  5. - Restart tomcat

  6. - Try the sakai

        In case of problems, undo the changes and review what went wrong.
