[Deploying Sakai] ${sakai_html_head_css} in sakai pages

If its just a few changes then just diff out the changes in your old version and patch them in to the new version.
If there are more complex changes then you can do a three way merge of the changes between the old and new versions and your working copy and then you'll be up to date.
