[Deploying Sakai] install MySQL server 5.1 on CentOs sever 6.2

Good evening
I have 3 questions about MySQL server.
1.I want to install sakai on a CentOs 6.2 sever, and MySQL server 5.1 is
requiered. I surched a lot but I couldn't find how to istall it on my
server,exactly to /opt/mysql. I have a 32bit PC.
2.how can I Include the bin directory in Path??
3.how can I install mysql query browser ??
