[Deploying Sakai] [Building Sakai] Ultralightest Sakai possible (Only webservices)

We have a stripped back version we use as a web service framework as well but we are using entity broker rather than the soap services. We wrap a number of remote databases and expose them as entities from this central service. 
 
We will evetually deploy all of our admin apps into this instance. We get the roles and permissions as well as the portal for free so it was an easy choice over rolling our own. 

There are only a handful of 'sakai' tools installed. You can see the minimal code in /svn/msub/anu.edu.au/services.
