[Deploying Sakai] How to update Sakai Adopt Map?

Hi Sakai Colleagues,

Fudan University adopted Sakai in Feb. 2011. I created a Sakai
deployment issue (PROD-221) about that time. The adopt map (
http://sakaiproject.org/adopt) had shown our school for a very short
period. After that, the mark disappeared and the map seems to roll back
to a previous version. Could anybody tell me how to update that map?
