[Deploying Sakai] Recent changes to Columbia's Sakai installation

Hello,

On 29 December 2011, Columbia upgraded its long-running Sakai 
installation to a recent version of the 2.8.x maintenance branch 
for the Spring 2012 semester.

We are also using locally and community-developed non-core tools. 
These include Mailsender (1.7), Lesson Builder (trunk/1.4), and 
the new Delegated Admin Access tool.
