[Deploying Sakai] built sakai-wicket and sakai-scorm player. What now?

Ok, figured this out, followed the beginning of the first video at this
link to get it going:

Now when i try to import a SCORM course (either 1,2 or 2004), i get the
error "No manifest file exists for this content package".  I do have a
imsmanifest.xml file in each package. Any idea what this could be about?
