[Deploying Sakai] OAE Pilot Support Group Mtg Today

Hi folks,
I realize that we agreed to have an OAE Pilot Support Group Mtg today at our usual 2pm (PDT) time. Unfortunately I have a conflict and will not be able to make it. 

I will post the minutes from the last meeting before 2pm (PDT) although they are bit rough. 

Sorry about spacing out, we're pushing for a soft-launch of v1 next Monday and it's been a bit crazy.
