[Deploying Sakai] Assignments: submission edition lock

Hi all,

One of our users cannot grade an assignment because of a kind of lock in 
submission edition. He gets the following message:

Alert: Someone else is editing this submission.

How do we check when the lock was created?

How do we unlock when the lock is, for example, more than one day old?
