[Deploying Sakai] Suppress announcement notification by email for certain roles (e.g. helpdesk)

Hi,

is it possible to suppress the email notification for certain roles in a course, even if the notification level is set to high?

E.g. our helpdesk staff should not get an email every time an announcement is sent to course members.
