[Deploying Sakai] New member & script for saving Wiki posts question

Hi!
I salute everyone, as a new member of this list, and rush to ask my first
question.

I was wondering what would be a practical way of saving Wiki comments on
text files or in a database. For our research we need to have all the
comments either in a database or in text files for data analysis. Currently
we are copying and pasting Wiki comments into text files, but this takes a
lot of time. I am looking for an automated way of saving comments in text
files. I have some experience with scripting/programming (I am certainly not
a programmer though), so if the solution requires some programming I can
handle it.

Do you have any recommendations?
