Bruce,
The integration was designed to work with the Kaltura on-prem or the
kaltura SAAS offerings. We have not tested it with the CE version,
though it should pretty much be the same. Make sure you configure the
2 URLs as the README file that is included with the code indicates and
it should be fine.

You might try setting up a free kaltura SAAS account just to confirm
that it works before trying to point to your kaltura CE server. You
might be able to narrow down the issue to a problem with the kaltura
CE setup.
