[Deploying Sakai] Sakai 2.6.0 with kernel 1.0.13

Does anyone have experience running a production instance of Sakai 2.6.0 with kernel 1.0.13.? Any known issues?
We are looking at doing this in order to convert our file storage from database to file system as an interim step before moving to 2.6.2. We’re running the hybrid in test with no apparent problems after some help from Jim Eng and Steve Swinsburg.
