[Deploying Sakai] Sakai Install on 64-bit Machine

My suspicion is reflected in jakarta_service_20100312.log:

So it looks like it tried to create jvm.dll since it did not find one. Of
course, it did not succeed. Any idea what possible fixes/alternatives?
