[Deploying Sakai] Profs squirreling away old course sites

Paul:

We run a job that unpublishes all old sites, and unsets the "provided"
field for all users (i.e., makes all users non-provided).

Setting the users as "unprovided" is a local requirement due to the fact
that our LDAP system only shows the current semester data.
