[Deploying Sakai] sakai installation problem

[Tapas Mishra]

I tried three methods.
1) Installing a binary did not worked.
2) Installing from source did not worke
3) svn co for a stable branch may be in this one I messed up but
finally did not worked.
So any more guesses
