[Deploying Sakai] Using VMs

Yes - we are running all of our Linux/Tomcat nodes (both test and production) under VMware vSphere. The Oracle instance is currently hosted under IBM AIX's virtual machine technology, although there are plans to migrate to Linux Oracle under VMware at some point in the future.
