[Deploying Sakai] Global Instance of JForum

Yes i thought about it, but our little wish is to allow sakai users
getting access to forum immediately from tools menu of their 'User Home
Site'.

i think i will add the web iframe tool to user home site, this iframe will
links to jforum of project site
