[Deploying Sakai] missing project.xml file for LDAP implementation.

Hello all,

After looking at more documentation,
(http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/DOC/LDAP+Integration ) and
we find a reference to a project.xml.....but I can not find it.  Can
someone tell me how to get/create this, it may have the solution to our
sakai/LDAP connection issue.
