[Deploying Sakai] Sakai internal users authenticated through LDAP

Hi Ronald,

We do this and its fairly straight forward. Basically you need to modify
the Jldap user directory service so that all the public methods except
authenticateUser authenticateWithProviderFirst return null or false.
