Hi all,

I've been using JDK 1.6 for about 18 months, building and deploying everything from Sakai 2.5 onwards. No problems at all.

JAVA_OPTS="-server -XX:+UseParallelGC -Xmx1024m -XX:PermSize=512m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m -Djava.awt.headless=true -Dsakai.home=$SAKAI_PROPERTIES -Dorg.apache.jasper.compiler.Parser.STRICT_QUOTE_ESCAPING=false -Dsun.lang.ClassLoader.allowArraySyntax=true"

I'm looking forward to the day we can list 1.6 as the default as there are some features I'd like to include.

cheers,
Steve
