[Deploying Sakai] student drop not working

Hi Folks,

I have a student whose drop box is not working properly. When the
student selects the drop box from the menu a blank (unlabeled folder)
appears where a normal drop box shows a folder with the student's name.
Clicking 'Upload Files' does nothing.

Do anyone have a fix for this? Thanks very much.
