[Deploying Sakai] Java, VMWare, & Sakai

Hi Everyone,

Curious if anyone has any updated tuning/configuration they've put in place
for Sakai (or other Java apps) in VMWare hosted clusters? We're on vSphere 4
and looking to tune up for fall, thought I'd take advantage of some of the
"wisdom of crowds".
