Discussion on Sakai Forums - led by Fawei Geng

*Dial-in and web conferencing*
Our default phone conferencing is now Calliflower, which provides support
for local dial in of international calls. (thanks to Apereo Foundation for
providing)

Our default web conferencing tool is Big Blue Button, hosted by
Blindsidenetworks.net (for which we owe Blindsidenetworks a thanks!).
