[Portfolio] [WG: I18N & L10N] Portfolio Russian Language

Hi Igor,

There are several XSLT files in Resources of the Portfolio Admin site that
need to be updated.  I have attached copies of the versions on our 2.9
production server.  The files named formFieldTemplate.xslt and
formCreate.xslt are used to render standard OSP forms.  You'll only need
formCreate-wysiwyg.xsl if you are using a version of the PageComposer or
Presentation Maker template for generating web-based presentations.
Unfortunately, I am not a developer, and I can't tell you exactly which
lined in the renderers need to be changed.  I would suggest making copies
of your original files before you update them. If the attached files don't
work for you, perhaps someone else on the list can provide more specific
instructions.
