[Portfolio] OSP & Sakai 2.8

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to chime in since I've been working with the Evaluations tool a
lot lately. Most people see the three options "Complete" "No changes" and
"Returned" at the set Matrix Status step in the evaluation process, but I
noticed that the number of options varies according to the set privileges
of the user. Some people can see more than three options here (i.e.
admins) and I believe some people can see fewer, though I haven't actually
come across that myself yet. We also actually went in and changed the
wording on this screen slightly so it made more sense to our users (i.e.
changing "members" to "students")

We also are using the Evaluations OSP tool and are experimenting with
putting the Evaluations tool in a widget on the MyWorkspace homepage.

Cheers!
