[Portfolio] Adding a form to a published portfolio

Yes, sorry, I did mean a form in a matrix cell. I just tried it and while
it warned me that it would erase anything already existing in the cell
(since there wasn't a way for them to submit - not a problem), it worked!!

Our documentation for matrices specifically says that you can't alter forms
in a published matrix, so I didn't even try:

You may not revise the following in a published matrix:

   - Title of the matrix
   - Any aspect of forms added to matrix cells

Now I feel pretty dumb, but very grateful for the fast response and the ease
of the solution!

Thanks, Sean!

-Katie
