[Portfolio] ePortfolio patent - Patent number 7,917,417

I was recently made aware of a US patent, purportedly awarded to a company
called Decision Critical regarding the creation of ePortfolos. The patent #
is 7,917,417.

It would be useful for the community to be aware of this patent.
A very cursory glance makes me wonder if this is valid or should be
challenged based on prior art (reminds me of a similar thing a few years
back with a well known LMS company).
