OSP Community call proposing use of term "portfolio" rather than other variants in OSP documentation.

Portfolio Taxonomy - Consider contributions by Robert Gérin-Lajoie and Paul Ross.
Portfolio Personas - Consider proposed plan by Keli Amann for our contribution.
Portfolio MiniSpecs - Conversation informed by decisions made about our contribution to the cluster of MinisSecs on Tasks.
