[Portfolio] Suggestions for XML/Oxygen training

Dear portfolios folks,

As we are deploying e-portfolios in more programs here at Delaware,
some of our support staff (who are not programmers) would like to get
better at tweaking XML code to create forms. Can any of you point me
to some books, training videos, products, people, or events, to become
smarter at using XML in Sakai?
