[Portfolio] QA3-US will be coming down to get the new tag

All,
QA3-US will be coming down shortly to get the new 2.8.0 a04 tag.  There will be a period of downtime while the database content is restored to 2.7.1 and then the 2.8 conversion is run.
I'll let you know when it's back up.
