[Portfolio] Changing Matrix Owner?

Anyone know if/where it's possible to change the owner of a matrix?  This is
the name under "Owner" shown on the list of matrices when you first click on
the tool (to the right of status), before you go into that matrix.  The
person who created most of our matrices isn't at the school any longer and
it's causing confusion for people since they don't recognize the name on the
matrix they're using.
