[Portfolio] performance

We're in the process of bringing up 2.7 in production. Tests before we open it to users show serious performance problems in portfolios. It gets better over time, as data gets into the database cache. But initially it took several minutes to bring up "select content and share portfolio." I guess performance is getting better over time, but OSP is still barely usable, in my opinion.
