Folks,

We'll be having our weekly call today at 12 Noon EDT. Call in information
is below.

Last week Keli from Stanford joined the call and spent a little bit of
time updating us on the UX work she has been engaged in and we shared some
of the concepts related to the Learning Design Lenses and Facets. This
seemed like a very productive discussion which I felt is the type of thing
we need to be doing in order to better understand how the work of the T&L
efforts can be leveraged in the UX and development process. Keli has
offered to spend time on today's call reviewing some of the persona work
that has taken place and to continue the discussions. Thus, I'd like to
propose that we use most of the call of this interaction.

Related to this, there has been growing consensus that although we are
making progress on completing the Lens and Facet definitions, the work is
not progressing as fast as we like given that we're working in one-hour
blocks per week. Thus, we would like to try and organize another Virtual
Working Session as means to complete the definitions in a timely fashion.
I would like to propose that we try and schedule two 5-hour sessions
(possibly separated by a week to give us time to work between the sessions
a bit) with the understanding that we can cancel the second one if we
complete the work in the first session.

I've set up a Doodle site to help us determine which days might work. I've
selected six possible dates, three the week of April 26 and three the week
of May 3rd. For each day there are two possible start times, 12 Noon EDT
and 2 PM EDT (which would mean that we would either end at 5 PM EDT or 7
PM EDT).

Please take a minute to indicate your preferences on the Doodle site at:

Thanks, Josh
