Folks,

My thanks to everyone who participated in the call today, I think this was
a great start to what I see as a rather important and significant new
effort. As I mentioned at the start of the call, my impression is that we
will need to continue such broad ranging discussions for the next 2-3
weeks as this group, with many new participants, works to reach a common
understanding and vision.

For those who missed the call but were interested, we've posted minutes
from the call to the Teaching and Learning Confluence page (
http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/PED). Those on the call should
feel free to add to the minutes or make corrections. The minutes also
contain a link to a new "Instructional Visioning" page that has some
useful background information.

For those who have time/resources, it seemed like getting involved in the
work Stanford is engaged in around "visioning" for a new Test & Quizzes
tool would be helpful both to them as well as to us as means to help
inform some of our future work. More details on Stanford's effort is at:
http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/UX/Investigation+Phase

We will holding our next call at the same time next week (Wednesday,
9/23/09 at 12 Noon EDT).

Thanks, Josh
